Can Tho Grand Prison, built by French colonists, housed political dissidents. It was also used by South Vietnamese and Americans during Vietnam War. The prison features inhumane conditions, torture, and executions. The complex includes male and female prisoner rooms, specialized cells, a church, a pagoda, and a supervisor's house. Visitors can witness reenactment scenes through mannequins. It serves as a testament to war crimes committed by French colonizers in Vietnam.
