Almost all hotels in Vietnam should have telephone and internet access with a private desk in the room (especially those that are three-star or higher hotels). In major cities, you can find hotels with dedicated services such as secretarial, photocopy, binding, lamination, scanning, etc.
If you are on a budget and don't want to spend too much on fancy hotels, there are many co-working spaces that you can rent for a few hours to do your work and organize meetings. There are also plenty of low-cost printing, and photocopy shops which you can use (please note that these shops may not have English-speaking staff to support you).
A LAN cable or wireless connection is usually available in the rooms for free internet access. Most hotels offer smart TVs, and high-end hotels often offer access to international TV networks like Bloomberg, CNN, and others.
Most hotels offer laundry services. For a better cost, you can also utilize third-party laundry services. Various drive booking services such as Grab, GoJek, Be, GSM are available in major cities, so transportation shouldn't be a problem. You can also rent a car (with driver) for a full day or a few days if you plan to travel a lot (or if you want to visit places far away).
