Wandering Souls Day is a festival in Vietnam that takes place on the 15th day of lunar July. It is believed to be a time when wandering souls, especially those who died without families, are hungry and need to be fed. Vietnamese people offer food, clothes, and other items to these ghosts and spirits during this time, and pagodas and temples become busy with people coming to worship and send offerings.
